We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features at any time.

2. Eligibility

• You must use the service for lawful purposes only

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of login credentials and all activity under your account. You must ensure submitted data is lawfully obtained. We reserve the right to suspend accounts for abuse.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Submit illegally obtained data
• Attempt to reverse engineer
• Abuse or overload system
• Use for spam or fraud

5. Payment & Subscriptions

Paid plans are billed via Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. You may cancel anytime via account settings. Fees are non-refundable unless required by law.

6. Intellectual Property

All platform content, branding, software, and technology remain the property of Hitori Tech Limited. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the service.

7. Data Responsibility

You confirm that you have lawful rights to process submitted email addresses and comply with GDPR, CAN-SPAM, CCPA, and other relevant laws.

8. Service Availability

We aim for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We are not liable for temporary outages or third-party service failures.

9. Limitation of Liability

Hitori Tech Limited shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages. Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid in the preceding 12 months.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Hitori Tech Limited against claims arising from misuse of the service, violation of these Terms, or breach of applicable laws.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate Terms, abuse infrastructure, or engage in illegal activity. You may terminate your account at any time.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
